General Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, we do not guarantee refunds once a purchase has been completed.
That said, we value our clients and aim to ensure a positive experience. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretionon a case-by-case basis if a client is genuinely unsatisfied with the service provided. Granting a refund does not establish an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
Eligibility for Discretionary Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

A clear error occurred on our end

The client communicates concerns in a respectful and timely manner
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service delivery or purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Failure to use or implement delivered services or materials

Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not explicitly agreed upon

Delays or outcomes caused by third parties or factors outside our control
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Uplift Crew, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

Permanent restriction from future purchases

Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including service records, communications, and agreements
