Fitness influencers are constantly trying to sell you workout routines, meal plans and supplements. But the lack of information about exercise and nutrition is not your barrier. You may already know what you have to do. It's that you are not doing it.

That's where we come in.

Uplift Crew is about helping you navigate in the world of health and wellness without getting lost or overwhelmed. We focus on the small steps: moving more, eating better and recovering properly. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, including managing stress, getting quality sleep and breaking bad habits.

I know those feelings all too well.

There are so many thirst-trapping pseudo-experts with pixel-perfect lives on social media that it's hard to tell who's giving genuine advice and who's fake. As an NASM Certified Wellness Coach, my flex isn’t my physique, but my attentive listening.

That’s why Uplift Crew is not (just) about fitness. It's a space to help you clear your mind and remove obstacles to your holistic well-being.

How We Work

Health and wellness coaching is about empowering you to make your own lifestyle changes. It’s not personal training or a meal plan. It’s the bridge between wanting change and making it happen.

Our ultimate aim is to get you confident and consistent in (and out of) the gym on your own. This usually takes 3-6 months of coaching with weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions. However, we never make you sign a long-term contract or pitch you high-ticket coaching packages. Empowerment starts with autonomy. That’s why you can schedule video calls as you need them and pay as you go, without commitment.

In our first session, we'll explore your fitness goals and take the first steps to reach them. You’ll walk away with an actionable Wellness Plan you can start working on your own or start implementing with our guidance. Some clients just need this first nudge. Others will spend a few months with regular or occasional sessions to reach their goals. We’ll help you discover what works best for you.

Once you’ve completed your initial goals, we can continue working together on new challenges or simply stay in touch.

One-on-One Health & Wellness Coaching

Follow a custom program with a Certified Wellness Coach that covers exercise, nutrition and recovery. Schedule 60-minute Google Meet calls whenever you need them. No commitment, you’re in control. Stay on track with ongoing online support between sessions.

$100/session (excl. taxes)
